Trouble shooting
*Not all marks have been printed
Causes:
Not enough ink
Solution:
Check that the entire relief or embossing surface is inked before printing.
* Discoloured prints
Causes:
Not enough pressure
Solution:
Through the support of the formatting tool, make sure that you have achieved the appropriate height.
* Written the wrong way round
Causes:
Non-mirrored lettering
Solution:
Take care when printing words or sentences that the matrix is mirrored horizontally.
* Blurry print
Causes:
Matrix not properly fixed
Solutions:
Always make sure to adjust the distance of the sliders so that they secure the matrix to the matrix holder.
